*이 신청 양식은 회원, 저활동 회원, 비회원을 포함하는 모든 신청자를 위한 전국 통합 양식입니다. 전임 선교사는 별도 신청 없이 모두 참여하는 것으로 간주합니다. 봉사 신청 현황은 스테이크별 봉사활동 담당자에게 실시간 공유될 것입니다. 온라인으로 파악된 스테이크/지방부별 신청자 수에 따라 헬핑핸즈 조끼가 지급됩니다. 회원뿐 아니라 초대로 참여하는 분의 정보도 모두 각각 기입하셔야 합니다.

*헬핑핸즈센터에서는 방문자들에게 ‘나에게 쓰는 편지’라는 제목의 엽서를 통해 자신이 봉사하기를 소망하는 것을 적는 활동을 진행하였습니다. 활동에 참여한 방문자들은 자신의 연락처와 주소를 엽서에 적어 헬핑핸즈센터 내에 비치된 우체통에 넣었습니다. 이제 각 지역의 회원과 선교사가 헬핑핸즈라는 이름으로 함께 이들이 적은 엽서를 그 주소지로 직접 가져다주며 5월 봉사의 날 활동에 초대할 수 있습니다.
엽서를 남긴 방문자들은 헬핑핸즈센터에서 핀을 받았으며, 전국의 선교사들도 같은 핀 2종을 모두 받을 것입니다. 선교사가 갖고 있는 핀을 보여주고 그 사람의 헬핑핸즈센터에서의 경험을 물어보면서 대화를 자연스럽게 이어갈 수 있습니다. 헬핑핸즈센터에서 봉사했던 회원이 갈 수 있다면 더욱 좋겠습니다. 꼭 봉사의 날 초대가 아니더라도 자신이 하겠다고 적은 봉사를 교회 모임으로 계획해서 함께 하자고 다른 기회에 초대할 수도 있을 것입니다.
전국 훈련 모임
일시: 2018년 3월 24일 (토) 오후 2시~5시 30분
장소: 신촌 와드
참석 대상: 스테이크 회장단 중 1명(운영 책임자), 스테이크 홍보 위원장(봉사활동 담당자), 온라인 선교 담당 고등 평의원(홍보 담당자)
준비 사항: 스테이크별 봉사활동 기획안 (5분 발표)

*스테이크 회장의 지명을 받은 봉사의 날 운영 책임자, 봉사활동 담당자, 홍보 담당자가 각자 자신의 연락처를 양식에 입력하여 3/18까지 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
스테이크/지방부 봉사활동 계획 및 운영 지침
1. 공식 행사명은 ‘헬핑핸즈 한국 봉사의 날’로 한다.
2. 자원봉사자들은 올림픽 헬핑핸즈센터에서와 동일한 노란색 조끼를 착용한다.
3. 스테이크/지방부 평의회에서 다음 사항에 유의하여 봉사활동을 계획한다.
- 각 지역에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것, 가장 필요한 부분이 무엇인지 파악한다.
- 각 스테이크/지방부의 강점을 파악하여 가장 잘 도울 수 있는 부분을 파악한다.
- 지역 언론, 지방자치단체, 일반 시민사회가 관심을 집중할 만한 내용을 준비한다.
4. 3/24 모임에서 각 스테이크 담당자가 행사 내용 기획안을 파워포인트로 준비하여 5분간 발표한다.
5. 교회 공식 페이스북 페이지에 게시될 홍보 동영상을 이용하여 SNS를 통해서도 행사를 알리고 친구를 초대한다.
6. 행사의 최종 목적은 선교 사업임을 기억하여, 참여한 비회원들이 교회의 다른 봉사활동, 활동모임, 무료 영어회화 등으로 연계되도록 노력한다.

Helping Hands Korea Service Day

*This is a form for all applicants, including members, less-active members, and non-members. Full-time missionaries do not need to apply because they are all already volunteers. The service application status will be shared to the Service Project Coordinator. Depending on the number of applicants, Helping Hands vests will be provided. Each person volunteering needs to fill out the application.

- Investigators, former investigators, English class students
- Less-active member
- Other family members, friends, and neighbors
*At the Helping Hands Center in Gangneung, visitors wrote a postcard entitled 'Letters to Me'. Through it, they wrote what they wish to serve. Those who participated in the activity put their contact and address on the postcard and put it in a mailbox in the Helping Hands Center in Gangneung. Now, members and missionaries can invite them to the Service Day event as a member of “Helping Hands”, bringing their little postcards back to them. Visitors who have left a postcard received a pin from the Helping Hands Center, and all missionaries received the same pins. Missionaries can show the pins and ask him/her about the experience at the Helping Hands Center to keep the conversation going smoothly.
Nation-wide Training Meeting
Date: 2:00-5:30pm, Saturday, March 24, 2018
Location: Sinchon Ward
Attendees: One of the Mission presidency members, one of the Stake/District presidency members (Operational Director), Stake Public Affairs Committee chairman (Service Project Coordinator), and a High Councilor assigned for online missionary work (Promotion Specialist).

*Please organize a Stake/District workforce composed of one of the Stake/District presidency members (Operational Director), Stake Public Affairs Committee chairman (Service Project Coordinator), and a High Councilor assigned for online missionary work (Promotion Specialist). Please have them enter their contact information in the form from the link.
Stake/District Service Project Planning Guidelines
1. The official title of the event is “Helping Hands Korea Service Day.”
2. The volunteers wear yellow vests just like in the Helping Hands Center in Gangneung.
3. Plan the local service project considering the followings:
• Identify activities that mean the most in your local area and are mostly needed.
• Find areas where you can be the greatest help by identifying the strength of your people.
• Prepare something that will attract the local media, the government, and the public.
4. Prepare 5 mins Powerpoint slides for the training meeting on Mar 24.
5. Invite friends using the promotional video which will be posted on Facebook.com/ldschurchkorea.
6. Remembering that the eventual goal is the missionary work, try to introduce non-member volunteers to other Church service activities or free English classes.
