- 4:50 개회 기도 (5시까지 개회 순서를 마치시기 바랍니다.)
- 5:00 방송 시작: 북 아시아 지역 회장단이 2019년 지역 계획을 소개하고 회원들의 질문에 답변함 (약 45분)
- 5:45 토론: 감독/지부 회장이 각 와드/지부에서 2019년 지역 계획을 어떻게 실행할지 토론함 (약 15분)
- 6:00 폐회: 각 지역에서 폐회를 하십시오.
Date and Time:
- November 25th, 2018, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. to all stakes and districts in Japan and Korea, and from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Guam
- Please begin the meeting with the opening exercise before the broadcast.
Audience:
- All stake, district, ward and branch council members including the counselors of each presidency, and clerks are invited.

Preparation for the meeting
- Equipment: Projector, PC, audio equipment, Area Plan sheets for the attendees

Opening (4:50)
- Please begin the opening exercise before 5PM as a unit
Broadcast (5:00)
- Asia North Area Presidency will introduce the Area Plan 2019 and will answer the questions from members (about 45 minutes)
Discussion (5:45)
- Bishops and branch presidents to lead discussion about how to implement the Area Plan 2019 at each local meetinghouse (about 15 minutes, discussion topics to be posted here)
Closing (6:00)
- Please close the meeting in your own ward or branch.
