Responsibilities

  1. Leads HR in implementation of business needs. Develops objectives for self and others.
  2. Sets philosophy and defines direction with management and direct reports.
  3. Applies people management skills and helps others improve upon and gain new talents.
  4. Regularly involved in solving problems of complex nature.
  5. Leads in delivering HR core processes and tools such as performance management, succession planning, recruiting, process, employee relations, legal requirements, compensation issues, etc.
  6. Liaison to executive leadership for HR best practices & trends, Sought out by peers as expert in key areas.
  7. Understating of the organization's business, drivers, and objectives.
  8. Recommends HR strategies that help the organization meet business plan objectives.
  9. Facilitates complex changes  management in connection with organization and HR initiatives.
  10. Effective in counseling together with peers, leaders, and direct reports.
  11. Accept/provides candid feedback. Envision what the future looks like and can articulate it. 

Qualification

  1. Master's degree and 8years related experience, or Bachelor 's degree and 10 years related experience.
  2. Experience managing professionals
  3. successful experience partnering with the top management to deliver 
  4. Experience managing organization
  5. Extensive change mangement
  6. Known as an HR expert inside
  7. Has well developed leadership qualities
  8. Excellent communication skill both speaking and writing in English
